It seems to be on all the current camera pages. Same place as you go to to get the updates.

I am so glad they finally did this. The old upgrade methodology was kind of a pita if you didn't have it installed already.
On the other hand, it would have been great if they had done it 1 day earlier when I was out downloading all my updates.

Canon has made the complete EOS Digital Solution Disk Software Disk v28.1A available for download but you'll need a valid serial to get it.
Enjoy

Where can I get valid serial? On my disks I cannot find it..

I thought it was the serial from your camera. I have not tried it yet.

Sound selector mac software, free download. And it seems like the serial number from any camera will work. I just used the one from my 400D and it worked.

It's not really all camera serial number, my good 'old' 1D mk3 serial didn't work

tried 1d3 & 1d2 serial - no good. 10d = success!

Did you notice that Michel_D actually posted the direct links in his first post. No need for any serial number.

I did notice - but wanted to see what canon's site would let me do. (I have no intention of even needing the software at this point, but could never fathom why Canon don't have full versions of their CD's readily avail )

Checked it out. Bought my T4I last November and it responded my software was current for the camera and didn't allow me the option to download.
